Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd15 ("bd15", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bd15.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Account Registration

Account Security

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your bd15 account.
• You must notify bd15 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.

Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bd15 of a security breach in advance of the relevant activity taking place. bd15 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, identity fraud, or account compromise.

Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

Where an account is suspended or closed by bd15 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Limitation of Liability

bd15 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Platform for operational or maintenance reasons without prior notice.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the liability of bd15 shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
